Sinner

Jesus was and is perfect and He was not at all worried about a

touch from a sinner because sinners cannot change Him! He came to change us

God Is Great!

 

With God all things truly are possible  when you learn that truth 

you want fear the test and trials because you know that no

one can stand against Almighty  God! Shadrach,  Meshach, and

Abed-Nego; learned to trust the living God

and they did not bow to that false god they 

knew  that  God was able 

 and that he would deliver them,and he did

Daniel 3:17

 If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace,

Romans 2:8

James :1
19 Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.
20 Human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires.


God's word is The Absolute Truth so there is no need for Controversy either you believe it or not, it will not change. Only the Holy Spirit can convict a person that is not the Christians job so why waste your time debating. We need to be in constant prayer for the lost, nothing we can say will make them believe ,faith comes by the word.

God Is Awesome

God choses the oddness people to use! Those least thought about

those who were told you'll never amount to anything those who feel  surely

God cannot ever use me after all I've did in my life! Well God sees us so very

differently than the world does and He can use whomever He pleases to

get the job done. He has proved this over and over in scripture so Do Not Give Up

no matter where you are in your life Remember God is not finished with you yet

Praise

Praise God sometimes our valley experiences seem so lonely that's because they are strange to us

God leads us where we're going to be very uncomfortable but it's for our good! I remember reading in  Psalm how the children of  Israel where in a strange place they didn't even feel like Praising God

 (ever been there?)  I sure have!

Psalm 137 

 

4 How shall we sing the Lord's song in a strange land?

 

But as we grow in Christ we learn we can even Praise Him there.

I write a lot about Trials and Tribulations because we need them ! In this world we have so many of them

That Walk

If you're born again then you already know this walk can cause major pain and strain but it is necessary and I wouldn't take nothing for my journey! I know what my destination is and all of the majors and minors are worth it for I will live again and eternally!

What awesome promises Jesus has given us we are assured of His help love and faithfulness He will never leave us.

 

 

Isaiah  43:2              

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.

Fun !

Of course there is nothing like enjoying life having fun enjoying the parties dancing drinking just kicking back styling and profiling. But since we know there is a time for everything let's not forget The Son that gave His life for you in order for you to enjoy Eternal  Life.

 36 What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? 37 Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?

 

Let's remember there is also a time to die and losing your soul while

having such fun in the sun is not worth it. Seek the Lord Jesus while you have a chance

Destiny

God has Purposely designed different types of trials and tribulations that will cause
Us much pain heartache, confusion, disappointment and so many other feelings keep pouring in. But God is so good that He causes all of this weight to work for our good because He loves us so.

 Romans 8 :28
 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God ,to those who are called according to His purpose .

Painful Truth

The truth is hard but it has to be told after all that Jesus went through for us God expects us to believe and trust in Him.Jesus suffered dearly to set us free and whether you believe it or not there are consequences attached from God to all unbelievers just as there are great promises for those that do believe God ,God has the final say

2 Timothy

As Christians we must arm ourselves with the same mind of Christ. Many Christians truly believe we want suffer here ,that's a lie straight from Satan ! God forewarns us that we will. Suffering is hard God knows but it is also His very effective tool in training us and helping us to grow. I can now Praise God more and more because of the things I've suffered, all of the things have brought me to a place of Peace I've never know! God will get you there! Change

Yes my Lord! I'm in a place in my life now I'm use to reading about in God's word.I use to wonder how the Disciples could praise God through all of their difficult situations? Now I know it's because of the weight of their trials and tribulations were pushing them. Now I also praise God for all He's brought me through,all of the rejection,disappointments,depression,family strife. Everything! God is using the things we call bad to help us stand tall and give Him Glory! While causing all of it to work for our good Amen. So wherever you are in your life now try not to worry God is working it out I give Him Praise.

Weight Loss or Not

Mercy,this weight problem I've been battling all of my life!! And it has not gotten any better,I'm feeling so down right now. Did I really hear from God or was it the flesh? I'm having questions popping all over the place. This is a very hard place for me because I hate being fat,I totally hate it!! There are a lot of big girls,ladies that look good in their clothes,but I don't consider myself one of them. But where is my God in all of this pain and disappointment ? It seems as if there is no way for me to lose this weight and keep it off,yet there are so many others that have achieved this. So what do I do now? Well I'm sure of a few things:
1. God's love for me has not changed.
2.Maybe I didn't hear from God what I thought.
3.I will continue to trust in God because he is the truth and he still has all power.
4.I will keep praying for I'm sure God can and he will help me do this,because he loves me.
5. God's delays are not denials.
When all is said and done,through every type of trial under the sun.The question is always: Will you trust God in this and continue to praise him? And Father my answer is yes I will because I know you and you're good and your promises are all true and you have not planned any defeat for me.
I hope you're having a wonderful day,and if you're in a hard place,just remember  Romans 8:35~39 Nothing can separate us from the Lord .

 Romans 9:26 The Holy Spirit helps us in our distress.For we don't even know what we should pray for,nor how we should pray.But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. Praise God for I sure need that help today.

Praise God I'm on my way! God is a promise keeper,I prayed and prayed Father please do not let me get my up to a size 24. I was praying and yet so full of fear and in spite of it all God is walking me through,learning how to eat healthy and portion control are important for me. I love to eat and I do still enjoy my food,but eating less is good for me.I'll add pictures of the little me when I get there. Right now is a picture of me at my heaviest 264lbs.
I did lose the weight, after many years! I am now in a size 16 thank you Jesus, it's a struggle!  But God is Able.

Sadness!?

Sometimes I’m unhappy and confused!
Sometimes I’m down right disgusted!

Sometimes I feel so misunderstood!

Sometimes I just want to be left alone!

Sometimes no one can help me!

Sometimes loneliness overwhelms me!

Sometimes I don’t even understand myself!

It’s one of those days where sadness just lingers! I know that God loves me but,I’m still sad,disgusted,and just discouraged. As a Christian,some think that times like this never come,but they do! And what shall I do?? Will I just crawl into a knot and cry? Yes! Will I even answer that phone,it could be help on the other in? No! I’ve heard others say many times it’s good to let someone know what you’re going through! No! That may work sometimes,but usually when you do that everybody and their Mama will know,so I’d prefer to just talk to God.Because he knows me best and he want put me down or tell everybody! Sometimes the things we go through causes us much sadness,and really praying is the only thing someone else can do,if you go that route. Okay so I’m having a really bad day,and writing is something I love and it helps me feel better! All being said and done,I must keep trusting God,there is no other choice for me. God has brought me through to much for me to turn back! And God alone is the truth,so I’m staying close to him knowing that this too shall pass! And keeping in mind that the best is really Yet to come:”Heaven”!

Romans 8:16 Is also a good reminder: I consider that what we suffer at this present time cannot be compared at all with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.

Faced with all of this,what can we say? If God is for us ,who can(successfully) be against us? “Totally Victory” is still mind right now!

Just Thinking

I'm thinking about how very "Awesome God is",I'm reading in Genesis and trying to visualize what's going on as God is calling stuff & things into existence. I mean when I think about God and all he's done and can do,it makes my head hurt lol,but a good headache.God said let the land sprout with vegetation,he didn't even have to call them one by one,like come on string bean or taters it's amazing!And let there be trees that grow seed bearing fruit,again no singling out,the trees knew which fruit to produce.In God's mind all of this was all ready formed, he just spoke and "bam" there it was! Mind blowing,mind blowing for real,thinking about how "Awesome God is" yet he loves little nut buckets like us.Then we know who else was watching all of these amazing things God was doing,satan,I bet his eyes were bugged almost out of his head!!! As God kept right on speaking this world into existence,wow the moon,sun,stars and all of the planets hanging on "Nothing"!!!! The water in the oceans and in the heavens,can't nothing move unless God says so,"What A Mighty God" we love and try our best to serve. We weren't there then, but the next "Great and Awesome thing God's going to do,we will not miss it,for Jesus is coming back,ready or not He is coming"!!!

Why do we "Worry??

I tell ya these days we're living in are tough! And as hard as we try to stay focused we don't. It's tough to see your loved ones and friends struggle,when there's nothing tangible we can do. I know that God loves us unconditionally,I mean I know that with all of my heart and that God will show up! But he has not-Yet! And the pain continues with my dear friends,the enemy those 2 good buddies fear & doubt are sticking around and pounding them down,way down. So I'm asking for your prayers for Linda & Elijah please they are hurting,and the strong should bear the burden of the weak. I'm praying and Praising God for change,and it will come,not as quick as we want it,but it will come. God's word is true no matter how I feel that does not change the effectiveness of our prayers or God's word. I appreciate you and thank you for your help.

In Spite Of...

This is a beautiful fall day kind of cloudy and this is my kind of weather for sure,but lately I have been having some bad bouts with arthritis & fibro.One causes pain in my joints and the other causes pain in my muscles,and this is not a good day for me.But I do feel like writing & crying all at one time,but in spite of all the pain and depression I still have lots of reasons to Praise God.Because I could be a lot worse,I think of all the young people I’ve seen in Nursing Homes and I know for sure how blessed I am. I worked for many years as a CNA taking care of the sick & the elderly and I truly loved it,I meet so many nice people and some were mean but that was okay,it was probably the pain or not being able to change their situation.I’ve learned like Paul to be content with whats going on in my life because I know what God loves me,and he will help.And God does help me so much it’s a battle to keep my mind on Jesus and off myself.The flesh loves a pity party but when the flesh is weak,God lifts up my spirit so that I can handle this. It’s such a wonderful blessing to know Jesus Christ and to know that he will never leave me,even when I’m feeling so low like today,for he understands my weaknesses and loves me right through them all! Whoa it seems as if I’m rambling here but it gives me such pleasure to encourage others,and if you’re facing something worse than what I’m going through hold on and don’t give up! For in spite of all we go through God will always send help to us one way or another,help will come. When I’m feeling like this I’ll think about the saints of old that God brought through and that gives me hope,like Job,Mordecai,Daniel and others. Oh yea and Habakkuk in chapter 3:17~19) one of my favorite scriptures: Even though the fig trees have no blossom,and there are no grapes on the vine;even though the olive crop fails,and the fields lie empty and barren;even though the flocks die in the fields,and the cattle barns are empty,YET WILL I REJOICE IN THE LORD! I WILL BE JOYFUL IN THE GOD OF MY SALVATION. THE SOVEREIGN LORD IS MY STRENGTH!

HALLELUJAH,HALLELUJAH GOD IS STILL WORTHY TO BE PRAISED!

What Now?

When you feel as if God has left you? What do you do? I'm so stressed and tired from helping dear friends who just lost their Mother,until I can't even think straight. Writing has always been an outlet for me,so I can just let my feelings out.I know that life has all kinds of trials daily and oh how we need God's help.But there are days like this when it's as if I can't hear from my Father,and I've learned to just be still.For God knows all and he is aware of all I'm going through and my feelings.My feelings has nothing to do with my love for God,and nothing to do with his love for me.Even though I know that's true this is a hard time for me now.I've also learned that in times like this is when satan is ready to attack with doubt & fear,he waited until Jesus was hungry to bring his attack in the wilderness,but God pulled him through and he has not left me "Hallelujah"! "Whew" how I praise God for touching me even now and encouraging me,yes Lord my soul says yes to you oh Lord. What would I do if God had not been on my side,but he is forever!!! Truly the Lord is my helper and my strength,yes be still and know that I am God.God is so awesome and his love for us never changes.If you're in a hard place I want to encourage you to be still and wait on God.

Comfort

When we suffer, let us remember that God will bring comfort to us through His Word by the Holy Spirit, and through fellow believers. God does not comfort us so that we’ll be comfortable we are comforted by God so that we might be comforters.(Marvin Williams)
What a wonderful quote and it's true our hardships and troubles that come are not to destroy us,even though we may feel that it is.God has a plan for our lives and he is leading & guiding us all of the way,we are made stronger through these different trials & tribulations not just for our comfort but to help and encourage others.God really did think of everything that we needed even before we were born! How "awesome our God is"
2 Corinthians 1:3,4 Just another reminder for me and all of my sister's & brother's that are going through tough times,God is making us over into the people he wants us to be and yes it hurts.But all of these things are working together for our good and yours.

When you've heard from Me

I do love and enjoy the old testament in my morning reading I was reminded,When you've heard from God don't even consider anything else! No matter who it comes from it's truly always best to "obey God". In 1 kings 13:1 The man of God heard from God and started out being obedient but was later persuaded to be disobedient,and he paid dearly.As I was reading this chapter I was wondering why did God allow this old prophet to do this,it seemed like a set up.But I was also reminded that God has a right to test us however and whenever he wants to,our job is to obey God and only God's voice and his leading us.It's amazing something that seems so simple as eating got this man of God into big trouble,that's why we need to be careful and obey God,even when it seems minor.
